• Please contact us before returning any items.
    • All returns will be quarantined for 24 hours before they can be processed.
    • You can return the unused and undamaged product including gift packaging within 20 days of delivery for a full refund. If the product is returned within 30 days we will issue a credit note.
    • If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us.
    • To be eligible for a refund, all returned and exchanged products must be should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached.
    • As a small independent designer, we are unable to offer free return postage.
    • If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.

    • If on receipt of your product, you are uncertain about your purchase please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it.
    • We recommend using tracked returns service via the Royal Mail

    Overseas returns:

    If you find your scarf is not suitable then within 14 days of receipt by you of the goods you are welcome to return the goods for a refund of the purchase cost including the cost of sending the scarf to you if you paid for shipping but we do not refund you the return postage cost. If you have requested and paid for a faster or special delivery service we will only refund the standard outbound cost of delivery in the event you want to return the goods to us. Please send us an email in advance so we can track the return of goods to us, and let you know when they arrive.
